If yes, What did they say?: He won't respond

Other comments: I gave him 25 headshots then he was suppose to give me the resurgence pack and I would give him 25 more headshots. This sounded unreasonable and I wouldn't mind if he did scam me but he has scammed someone else as seen in this thread: You must login or register to view this content.. He gave me an email and a password that didn't work and after contacting him, he assured me that it worked. I asked him to change the email and password but he never responded back. He is active on ngu right now so he is obviously getting the messages.

I have messaged the user and he has 24 hours to reply.
