Proof: I will post prove tomorrow morning, I have all the PM's in my inbox but I'm a little tired right now, but I'll post them tomorrow if thats okay.

Have you contacted the scammer?:- Yes, numerous times, I have send atleast 5 PM's and 1 visitor message.
If yes, What did they say?:- He didn't reply

Other comments: I know he was on my account, I added my own account with a different account to check when he logged in. It is a new account so only I have the login details. I saw him login in, he was online for a couple minutes, then he logged out and I changed the password. After seeing him sign out I send him a PM asking for his login details. He didn't reply, so about an hour later I send another PM asking for his details, he could send them and then I'd login the next day as I was tired (it was the same time as now when I send that PM). This morning I still hadn't recieved a PM, I checked and he had been online today 2 or 3 times (and yesterday he was online on NGU as well after being on my account so he must've read my PM's). I thought maybe his inbox had problems so I send a visitor message, it's still there you can check it, but no responce either. I know he was on my account, I know he read my messages, but he hasn't replied, I've given him a full 24 hours with several warnings about going to the disputes section but no reply.

Btw, the trade was Trine, Joe Danger and SSHD (+ expansions - worth 40,-) for his inFamous (worth 30,-). He asked me if I could go first and I agreed.. If he gives me inFamous tomorrow anyway then this can be closed, if not I want him to deactivate my account, with proof he did it. My proof of this will be posted tomorrow.

That's a pretty lousy thing to do on behalf of ミ●﹏☉ミ imo, especially if he knew he couldn't give me inFamous because his account already had 5 activations.. =/
