Other comments: I bought a challenge lobby and a tut from him for $50 Paypal and he makes constant excuses of why he can't get me in. He also scammed 2 other users which proved the tut to be fake so I have been scammed.

I don't think you will be getting your money back. The user has been inactive for a few weeks.

I cant get a refund since it was my 1st time using paypal and he told me to send it as a gift. Can't I get some vbux as a portion of my refund as $50 is a BIG amount to lose.
