When did this happen: About a week ago
How did you purchase: Amazon gift card
How much?: $200
Did you;
- Buy
Have you contacted the scammer?:- Is banned, Tryed his email ([email protected]) He did not respond.
If yes, What did they say?:- N/A
Other comments:He has 800Rep and is a level 2 Trustworthy.
He said he sent it out on last Friday but he could not give me a tracking number because "it cost extra" Witch i paid an extra to send it out with all tracking and insured an extra $15.

That sucks for you. They don't perm ban for scamming. Infact, NGU gives them second chances. Wouldn't you want a second chance if you were the scammer? I think so!
All trades are at your own risk, scammers are dealt with. If you were the scammer you'd want a second chance.
Secondly, Adkins scammed over $100 USD and wasn't banned, jsut received an infraction.. Looks like they definitely need some reform in the auctions section
