If yes, What did they say?:- Nothing, he's ignoring me, He got on after i had asked for a refund and didn't reply. I messaged him once again asking for a refund, well he got on once again and did NOT reply. He's ignoring me.

Other comments: I payed on October 27. He messaged me shortly after letting me know he received the payment. He said he'll do the transfer on Oct 28 cause he was getting off and going to bed. On Oct 28 he hardly got on sop I asked for a refund instead. He said "Bro u need to study up we do tomorrow for sure." It was after that i asked for a refund two more times, once in the morning of Oct 29 (PDT Time) and at night. Now he's ignoring me... I Want my money back. You can read some messages off his profile or i can also send the private messages.

Contacted the user, he has 24 hours to reply.

Over 48hrs, Still no refund...

Looks like I'm not the only one who thinks this guy is a scammer...

User has 30 mins to reply to the dispute.

30mins passed. He did not reply, he chose to ignore you and simply get offline. This is the exactly what he does when I ask for a refund.
