Other comments: He sent two payments to my paypal, the first was 0.10$, and the second was 5.00$. He started a dispute on both transactions /facepalm

According to paypal's information on this dispute, they say:
The buyer has filed a claim stating this transaction was made without the account holder’s knowledge or consent.

This is the same way others start a dispute with me, they say it was unauthorized lol /facepalm

Contacted the user. He has 24 hours to reply.

You should of known better than trade with someone with 3 posts and joined recently. Read the rules as if this happens again, you will be infracted.

I'll wait to see if he responds but can you acknowledge that you are not allowed to trade below the requirements. That includes trading with other people who do not meet requirements.
