Yeah you just responded now. I made this dispute yesterday. You still gave me accounts that don't work.

Basicly my friend need help sell his youtube acounts. But my friend
change the password to the accounts. =/ So i cant do anything about it. Ive try contacting him many times. Hes just ignoring me.
I think he should file a dispute on my friend papal and count this as a warning for me.

He sold me the accounts and said they all worked. When I went and checked, none of them worked. Then he said that he thinks his friend changed the passwords to all the accounts. I would like for him to get the passwords back or give me my money back.
