If yes, What did they say?:They would refund but has stopped answering messages.

Other comments:I paid £10 for a PSN card but it didnt work and said he would refund me but then said that paypal doesnt let him refund. I gave him over a month to refund me and he said he is going to use his mums card to refund but nothing so i gave him another month to refund but still hasnt so i opened a dispute.

Contacted the user. He has 24 hours to reply.

Still havent gotten it verified, ill see if my mother lets me use hers :mad:

I wasnt scamming either, just waiting 2 weeks till my bank verifies but it still hasnt =D
