If yes, What did they say?:-He was being cheeky about this matter and i asked today when will i be getting my vbux back, he said in 3-4hours and i said ok, i contacted him again and he said 'he was' going to pay me in 5 minutes but will be paying me back in 2 days now! i said 'opening dispute' to him and he replied back 'havvveee fuuuunnnnnn.

Other comments: I am asking for a refund of my 250k vbux due to him not describing the item properly. He said it was a verified paypal ready to be handed over to me. I asked him was there any sending/receiving limits and he said no so i gladly paid the 250k vbux for it. Once i went onto the account it was unverified and he said i will have to wait 2-3 days until it works even though he said it was already verified.
He also minus repped me for asking him in one of his threads when will i be getting my vbux back, i don't mind about being minus repped but it's something to add to this dispute.

Notified the user. 24 hours to reply.

You had roughly 2.5 million vbux about a half an hour ago. Why couldn't you give me the vbux then? You owed me the vbux and you never repaid them back to me.

Thanks for finally returning my vbux. i am still not happy with you with you being so childish about this... and even when you returned my 250k vbux , you put down 'penis enlargement' as the reason... thats not even funny man, that's so childish.
