When did this happen: 1-26-2011 and 2-1-2011.. I made 2 payments to him via paypal, because he knocked up the price on me..

I have contacted him numerous times.. He said due the the playstation update 3.56, he is having problems with his service that he is offering.. He told me to wait and he will try and figure it out.. But no gaurantees, because he can not figure out why he is having this problem..

Other comments:

Well I paid for a service which he has yet to provide.. He said that the update 3.56 from sony has not allowed him to provide me the service we agreed to.. It has been a month now, and I want my 15th prestige account TODAY, or my money back.. The money part I will settle with paypal.. And we agreed that the 15th prestige account that will not get me banned!! So if he can not provide me with what I purchased TODAY, then he is a scammer.. I want NGU to punish him to the full extent!! He had plenty of time to refund me, and his time is up!! And no I will not agree to a time extension for him to get me what I paid for...

These are the same pm's that ImmortalMods sent me saying that he pm'd me his situation.. These are identical, and I posted both because I could not capture the pm and show that I was on my account at the same time, due to the fact of the pm being so long..

Bottom line is that he clearly stated his position in this dispute, with his title "READ THIS ASS".. Why do I have to be the ASS?? I payed u for a service that I never received, nor did I get refunded.. He claims that his paypal account was hacked, and that I will not receive anything from him.. Sorry to hear that, but I was scammed by u!! U lost money which has nothing to do with me.. But I lost money that has everything to do with u, ImmortalMods..

I could have been more understanding of his situation.. If he would have told me, look, I lost all of my money due to my paypal being hacked.. I will do my best to pay u back, or get ur 15th prestige account to u as soon as possible.. But he did not, he called me a ASS!! But hell, he had over 3 weeks to refund me, or get me my 15th prestige account.. And during that time, I had to pm him, he never sent me a pm on his own.. So clearly u, ImmortalMods, thought that I would just forget about my money and my account?? Hell no, so now the facts are on the table, u have been busted, U ARE A SCAMMER!!! Unless u refund me my money, which u only have less than 24 hours to do so.. And then all of this will go away.. The ball is in ur court now buddy..
