I am going to refund him but he put a dispute on paypal and im telling him to take it off so i can refund him cuz when ur in a dispute paypal has the money not me and i gave him my paypal email + pass so if he didnt trust me he could do it himself.

All you need to do is contact PayPal through the dispute and tell them to refund me the money. If I cancel the dispute I'm saying that the issue was solved. How do I know you wont retrieve the funds. You've already scammed me out of an account.

Closed the dispute. Now I will wait for the money to clear so I can transfer using his account like he wanted.
