- Buy? Yes I bought a 15th prestige account from TNA1

Have you contacted the scammer?:- Numerous times over a months period...

If yes, What did they say?:- TNA1 claims that he NGU account was hacked, and that he did not ask me for the psn card.. And that he playstation 3 account was hacked too.. So some mysterious person got the psn # from me here on NGU, and redeemed the code...

Other comments: I payed TNA1 for a 15th prestige account.. We agreed that I would give him a $20 USA PSN card for the 15th account.. I gave TNA1 the code for the $20 PSN card.. I never recieved my 15th prestige account from him.. It has been a month now, and I have given him more than enough time to give me what I payed for!!

I have contacted TNA1 numerous times, as u can see with the screenshots.. TNA1 claims that he was hacked and that he did not make the deal with me.. TNA has not shown any interest on refunding me my money, even tho the deal was made with his NGU account.. TNA1 should be held responsible for any deals made with his NGU account.. Regardless if he was hacked or not..

If NGU does not take any actions against TNA1.. Then basically NGU is saying that it is ok to take someone's money, and claim that they were hacked, and nothing happens to them.. I know that NGU can not give me my money back.. So what I ask of NGU, is to take a look at my dispute.. Look at the facts.. And when the decision is rendered, I ask for a permanent ban of TNA1...

Look at TNA1's thread.. He has clearly stated that he does not care about his NGU account.. And that he could care less if his account is banned... Does NGU really want a person who scams and acts like this to be on thier website??? Thanks for taking ur time to look at my dispute...

I never scammed him ... the person that hacked me scammed him and i told him that he can report and take this to the court and he will be the one 2 pay not me..

Yep.. 2/6/11 around midnight i was on my ps3 and it said "Another user has signed in with the same id" or something like that and then i was taking to sony for like 1-2 weeks trying to get my acc back and after i did, i was like forget NGU i can make a new acc then i said naw let me get it back because i had some rep then rocky said i scammed him and from there on.. i got everything back on 2/17/11

TNA1 scammed me... Like I said b4, u are responsible for ur account.. If my account from NGU was hacked then I would have reported it to NGU.. If my account was hacked, then any deals made, I would be responsible for.. Its my account, I accept full responsiblity for it.. So should you!! So when I say I was scammed by TNA1, I was.. It does not matter who was on the account at the time..

I have shown all the proof to back up my claim that I was scammed by TNA1.. So there is no question that TNA1 scammed me.. It does not matter who was on the account, bottom line TNA1 scammed me.. Am I right or am I wrong?? Because the proof is there..

Now TNA1 seems to show that he is a little worried about this dispute now.. But in one of ur post in ur thread, u say that you could care less about ur account, so why the change now?? And u did not make any attempt to pay me back.. All u said was that I needed to find the person who hacked u and scammed me too.. Well I did find the person who scammed me, and his NGU user name is TNA1!!

He obviously did not care about my dispute, or NGU, or his account then, so why does he now?? I guess because maybe he thought that I would not file a dispute with him?? Well here is a rude awakining TNA1.. I have all the proof that I need and have shown it.. I have talked to Sony, and the card was claimed, and not by me.. I have my uncle sending a subpoena 2 sony as we speak right now.. He is a lawyer, so I guess I am lucky with that situation.. So I will handle that on my own time.. But here and now, I have to settle my dispute with TNA1, and all the proof is out there..

You are responsible for your account, and sadly because you didn't check to see if your account was "hacked" he got scammed. You are still responsible for this.

Then what am i suppose to do now?

I really dont care about u say i "scammed" you.. thats what i said and i kinda care about this cuz im getting charged for doing nothing. O YEA 1 MORE THING TAKE THIS TO CORUT!! and you will find out who the real scammer is. The person that scammed you will be in jail and ill be ere waiting to tell you "BITCH I TOLD YOU IT WASN'T ME"
