Have you contacted the scammer? Multiple times.

If yes, What did they say? Could not provide tracking number, although they have the "shipping label". All shipping labels with UPS have a tracking number already on them, and no, it does not cost an extra $5 to add a tracking number. That feature is already figured into the cost of shipping with UPS.

Contacted the user, he has 24 hours to reply. Also, what exactly did you buy?

An HD PVR. Same as reported in other complaint against seller (its also shown in the final image). They had two for sale. I can dig up the other part in a PM, like I said, the PM's wouldn't show threaded, so I had to do it that way. I will get a screenie of it.

I'd just like to point out that this is the 2nd dispute filed against this user and both involved large sums of money. Sorry for posting in so many disputes >.<

I spoke with PlanB, and gave a warning.... Which if you need the screens from that, I can show, or possibly he can verify.

Either way, $200+ from members.... really sucks for ngu as a whole.
