Other comments: I know that I broke the rules by dealing with member that has to few posts. I regret that. But I am willing to receive my infraction / warning and lose my vbux to make sure that this individual gets what they deserve.

There is another dispute You must login or register to view this content. in which an NGU member is disputing a transaction with a member that has less than 100 posts. If you look a little further down the thread, you'll see that Drackos ( A Mod, not some random member who feels like giving advice where it's not warranted) says that he is still waiting for the scammer to come online. So over the course of March 19 to March 25, vx-rgb-vx has had a dispute open and it is being adressed by a mod.
