That its not his fault that I didnt find his dead thread stating that the gameshare was a UK version

I was going through the forums and I came up to a thread where to people were having a conversation about gamesharing. I seen xDuNcZzZ post about him having a gameshare with some addons I wanted, so I sent him a pm stating that I were to give him $4 for the gameshare.
But as I logged in, I noticed that it said that the DLC was a UK version and that it wouldnt work with my version of disc. As soon as I saw that, I was logged out. It was probably about 1 min and some seconds after I logged in. I didnt download anything, and I deactivated his account from my PS3.

I sent him a message and he told me that it was my fault for not seeing his thread where he stated it was in UK.
So I'm just asking him to make this simple and give me back my $4.
