If so thats against the rules, you probably wont get a refund.

I tried to sell a paypal account for vbux and a mod closed it saying it was against the rules.

No, he was giving it away, so I said, ill give you my vbux for it and he said yes. I was not selling it, i was offering him it, he did not give it to me therefore he scammed me. Also it is against the rules to post in here if you are not the accuser or being accused, which is an infractable offence, you being so interested in the rules should know that.

No, he made a thread saying " Giving away £5.85" (look at his threads)

I PMd him saying i will give you all my vbux ( over 600,000 ) for the money, he said yes. I sent, he hasnt sent me the money. Which is a scam, what I did is not against the rules.

The user hasn’t been online since the dispute started. But either way, he was giving away the paypal account, and it was you who decided to give him vBux. So you have no right to any refund as it was your decision to pay him (for something free) in the first place. And just a note, trading paypal for vBux and using rep as a payment method is not allowed either.

Dispute closed.
