Me and another guy bought this eBook off HF and it was the same eBook I bought off him. He just retyped it. He never had resale rights meaning he should be banned.

I will also show you the eBook I purchased off HF.

Users are not required to put 'No Refunds' in every thread they make.

You have already opened the ebook, and seen the content, so it would be unfair for you to request a refund. You could have already made a copy of this ebook Shaggy sent you.
