Me and another guy bought this eBook off HF and it was the same eBook I bought off him. He just retyped it. He never had resale rights meaning he should be banned.

I will also show you the eBook I purchased off HF.

You have no rights to any refund just because the user didn't write "No-refunds" in his thread. He didn't write "I will give full refund" either. Also since you have viewed the content and could have stored it anywhere i don't see why you have the rights to a refund either way.

This is the third dispute you make about this. If you open one more disputes regarding this you will be infracted for forum spamming. -Dave- was even kind enough to ask me to respond to this to ensure impartiality, please respect our decision and move on.
