The deal was 15k vbux for 5 subs likes and comments on youtube.com

The kid commented used 4 accounts and subbed only 3 times and liked only 2 times.

I dont know why he opened a dispute when i gave him all those things he just didt look at what he already had before i did it so he must of not know what was me so now he knows

Please provide proof that he didn't comment, like and sub 5 times within 24 hours or this dispute will be closed. The pictures you've included does not prove anything.
