Proof: Sent him $25 through PayPal for a 15th prestige lv50 Black Ops account, he sent me the wrong account information, and has not responded to any of my messages through PSN or NGU.

Other comments: I would like a full refund through Paypal, or for the actual LEGIT account details. I see 3 other open disputes about this user with the same account he was planning to scam me on. NOT HAPPENING!

The user has been permanently banned for scamming. I recommend everyone to dispute the transaction on PayPal.
