Any party of a trophies deal not allowed to cancel the deal, accordingly, the seller refuse to Sync the ready to Sync plat to my account because he refuse to get the payment from me as a purchased not gift even after I add more money to the agreed price and he still rejected it.

Hey, thanx for your co-operation, and about my PayPal account its not limited since I am sending money on daily basis, but I don't have the option of sending the money as a"gift" according to the region of my PayPal account, however, I offered the seller to add more money to the agreed price and he rejected!

Seems to me that you agreed to cancel the deal. Also the deal was started before the new rules where made. Give me a good reason why not to close this dispute.

well the deal was made before the new rules, but he sent me a message today (after the new rules applied) requesting the payment and my info to Sync the plat, so the new message clear that the plat is mine and the seller has no right to cancel the deal because I do not say that, and even I offer more money to cover the cost of the PayPal fees and he refused it so the seller scammed me because he can be clear when he sent the private message today that the deal shall be cancel or I can lie and give him to Sync the plat and then I pay him less!
