Refund: I would like a refund of my 2 million v-bux

Okay, well he posted in the auctions asking for someone to make him a phisher. I then Pm'ed him because I didn't want to bump his thread. he said he had someone doing it but he had to wait till he got his computer back(the other guy). Then I said I would make him a site (just for advertising the program) for 3 million vbux. He said okay but I had not started anything. The next day I started the program and finished it, but I said only pay me 2 million for the program only. And he replied saying sending bux, so I automatically thought he agreed. So I sent him a link to the download of the phisher. No he posted a dispute and wants his 2 million vbux when he HAS the phisher 100% working in his possesion.

To start I am not even able to receive emails, (I tried today after posted this dispute, he might have changed the email linked with the download). He would not let me see what he made until I had paid him knowing that he would have made me a download instead of a website, when I clearly asked for a website. I do not appreciate trading with a shady user like this and would like my money back. And what do you mean it is in my possession, the download is under your account.

Haha, Your the sickest lier ever. Record the phone call. I have not even TOUCHED your account. The only info I touched was your password for the phisher to work. I gave you the download for you can use the phisher and reupload it elsewhere to see if people would fall for it (which YOU wanted) . It worked when I TESTED IT THROUGH MY ACCOUNT. And to make sure I am not scamming you. Team viewer a MOD and change the password to the password that was on it BEFORE I supposably changed it. and test the program. and I guarentee you it will work 100%. Your trying to blame and frame me. obvious scam is obvious. Stop trying to get me banned or something. Im not returning your vbux until a mod gets into this.
