How did you purchase: Trade, I gave him a $20 US PSN card and other trophies for LA Noire platinum + DLC

After a month and a half Rush said he would have the 100% completed on Monday. A week after that Monday he said his nephew broke his disk and will refund me $40 in PSN cards. I agreed, but asked him to sync what he had completed and upload the save to my ps+ cloud so that I can still get the platinum finished. Hasn't been on since.

I made this dispute because, well it's been two months and I've seen no progress, sounds fair.
