If yes, What did they say?:- yes he said his friend needs to check the card, this has been hours, and he never mentioned it would take this long after i sent the card, ive repeatly asked him to send payment and check the card and he refused, also i told him if he doesnt pay within a time frame i was going to report him and he hasnt replied

Other comments:he also refused to use middle man during trade, he told me to chill when he said his friend was checking the card, he had not responded recently
