Didn't purchase yet, although his actions may cause my account to be banned + reset. Also my tokens aren't "refundable" and I paid for webbys cl lobbies.

Trade we agreed upon:
7th prestige in mw3 for my pdp modded mw3 controller + bluetooth headset.

He levels me to 4th by boosting I pay him 20$ then he finishes the account, and I send him my items.
When he gets the items he finished the trade by refunding my 20$ through paypal. This way none of us get scammed and lose everything.

I offered to pay in cash + psn cards and cash as he was leveling me up and I also offered cash + a black ops account but he chose the items instead of the cash and he said "I don't need money but I could use a modded controller".

I might get banned from mw3 and he didn't follow through with the deal.
Negative tokens was not mentioned and right after he did that he deleted me off of psn and hasn't responded to my pms. He didn't even come close to what I wanted.

Basically he assumed I was going to scam him then he ****ed my account over by putting negative tokens on it and deleted me then said "sorry about the tokens I don't feel like doing your account anymore" after I pm'd him

So using my crappy deduction skills even I could tell that this doesn't seem right...

when I pm him asking why is there negative tokens on my account my account ( I logged in to check cause it wasn't signed in for many hours and had pretty much no work done on it) he said sorry about the prestige tokens I dont feel like doing your account anymore >

leads me to think that this guy thought I was going to scam him so he ****ed me over first...I pm'd him yesterday and today he's online right now and he was online yesterday, he ignored my pms when I asked for compensation of any sort.

On a side note, he should get infracted for rep trading also...he's doing it in boosting threads and even asked for rep + premium in the shoutbox as a trade for one of his 10th prestige accounts. Although I won't provide proof for it since it's basically on his previous posts on his account. <Just an F.Y.I. since i'm reporting him for scamming anyways.

Yeah I have no problems buying from other people on here and I was going to do this with crunk I paid him first, got a refund because he couldn't do it in the time frame I wanted. I don't scam .

Also you never mentioned negative prestige tokens you're just "Assuming" again.

nope but I asked other two mods and they said it was worth disputing so I did it he didn't take money what he did was mess up my account that I spent money on through ngu which wasn't apart of our deal...

There's nothing that needs to be done really. He ranked up your account, and sure, he did the prestige token glitch which you didn't want, but you haven't paid anything yet. Nothing has been lost.

Ah that sucks thought something would be done because of the incoming token glitch ban. Asked other moderators and they said it was enough to dispute. I'd still like something to be done, it's still a type of scamming imo...he didn't go through the deal and all that was done was putting glitched tokens on my account which the game creators stated people who did this would be banned soon.

He didn't rank up my account at all basically...3-4 levels is nothing I was going to pay for 480+ levels. I still think something should be done it sucks when your account might get banned because of something that wasn't agreed upon in the deal then the guy just decides to not follow through with it? It's not a money scam but it is basically an "account" scam.

I wouldn't have started this if he would have just said "I think you're going to scam me so i'm not going to do it" instead of logging into my account doing a glitch that could get me banned then not logging in till the next day to say "i'm sorry, I don't feel like working on your account anymore" assuming that I was going to scam him that's pretty retarded if you think about it, seems like he just wanted to potentially get me banned because he thought I was going to scam him why even go through with it in the first place you get what i'm saying?

Basically my loss here is around 10$ for a prestige, I paid for a prestige (well basically paid for a couple lobbies with people to get me to where I am now) with other people and if my accounts gets reset + banned as IW or whatever official posted, then I lose out on the 10$ I already paid for the account

Because i have a life and dont have time to sit around all day and boost other peoples account that could be scammers. I went on vacation for christmas so therefore i only had about 2 hours of time to play, so i did the glitch so I could rank him up in the time he wanted. He never said "don't put negative prestige tokens on the account" he stated " I would like you to do it in about 1 to 2 days." Therefore in order to do it in 1 day (like my account) i needed to use the glitch. He said he would trade a Remote Controller for the account and sent me a picture of it that was obviously from google. I thought he was going to scam me so i stopped working on the account until i got something in return to show proof that he was going to send the controller. Unfortunately I returned from vacation a little late and still didnt have anything from him saying that he wasnt going to scam me and send me something for me to keep playing. So I stopped, So with that being said NO i didnt do the prestige token glitch because i thought he was a scammer, i did it to rank him up in the time he wanted.
