I confirmed he could hack before I paid him, he indeed can hack.
I then paid him.
He gave me hacks of course for a day, (2 uav infects)
next day wouldnt give me anymore cause he lied and said he told me $10 for all time
He told me I only donated $5 for a one time infection, i told him no cause on his current post thats only $ .30

So he then told me that all time friends list is $10 and not $5
I told him to review his message on ngu and see it so he would maybe remember.
He then said, "oh, thats only to be all time friends with me, not for unlimited infections. srry m8"
this was all over psn by the way. He then continued to argue about how all time friends list is not the same as getting infections.
So i told him to return $4.40 since I only got the infections twice.
He said no refunds.
So about 5 minutes ago, I hopped into his lobby, (he didnt invite me), and got the uav infection, about a minute later he proceeded to delete me and left me stranded with no refunded money and just blocked me so I can not send him a message asking why he would delete me.
I never once spammed him even when he wouldnt invite, never joined lobbies constantly and what not.
And for the record, I'm a 17 year old male, and well composed.
All I ask for is for him to be PERMANENTLY blocked and kicked from NGU.
I wouldn't want anyone getting used like that.
Just trying to look out for everyone else as well.

Generally speaking all time friends list implies he receives infections for free all time. Since you do not deny only giving him 2 UAV infection lobbies and deleted him, you owe him his money back. $4.10 if you want to get super technical and include the time he joined session to receive the UAV as you giving him the infection. Unless you and jauzon can come up with a different agreement in this thread you will have 24 hours to give him a refund.
