What did you purchase/sell/trade?: MW3 Rank Progression on PS3; Goal was to rank him up to 10th Prestige Lv 80, and Raise his KDR to 2.00.

Proof:

I have Proof via NGU and PSN, in fact I even have proof on youtube of my work on his account. when I got a M.O.A.B. on his account I put it on my file share on my account and uploaded it to youtube, you can tell it was me because when I play on his account I wear a [JMB] clan tag so that he could not take credit for anything I had done on his account the tag is easily seen when the M.O.A.B. goes off.


Another video I uploaded when playing on his account was when I had made a comeback in Ground War Kill Confirmed, again the [JMB] clan tag can be seen easily at the end of the video.

I can further prove that I have played on his account, by the fact that most of my friends were playing with me when I was on his account
And I can easily prove that he has not payed me via PSN Card because I have not gotten any games on PSN for over two months on either of my accounts that weren't free through Playstation Plus, I can show any Moderator my most recent transactions and Downloads in a PSN Chat
Nor have I been payed Paypal, because I only have $42 in my account from past deals, and it is impossible for me to spend any of it because my Spending Limit is stuck at $0.00 due to the simple fact that I do not have a Bank Account or Credit Card.

When did this happen: Late-January, 2012 to Present

How did you purchase: I played on his account and Ranked him up from 1st Prestige Lv57 to 4th Prestige Lv 60

How much?: The Deal was:
$5 to finish 1st Prestige and $20 per each full Prestige.
In total it would add up to $185 once he was at 10th Prestige Lv 80

I brought him up from 1st Prestige Lv 57 to 4th Prestige Lv 60 the same week.
This added up to $45+
$5 for 1st Prestige
$20 for 2nd Prestige
$20 for 3rd Prestige
and well over $10 for the current progression of 4th Prestige.
I also raised his KDR from 1.32 to 1.86 by this point.

If yes, What did they say?:- No Reply for the past 5 days until about a half hour ago with a simple ponder of why I disputed him, being the fact that he claims he has the PSN Card, but still has not paid me.

Other comments:
I just want my Card, if he just pays me and shows trust into the deal, then I am still willing to continue the with the deal; I only ask for better communication and better show of trust.

As of February 3rd he has owed me a $50 PSN Card which was formerly ment to be paid via Paypal until I asked him to be paid in a PSN Card, I was originally planning to use the $50 Card to buy CoD ELiTE Premium for my friend JayMan-X, and at the time I had also promised the next immediate thing I was going to get was Founder Status for him by buying it from eXo . You must login or register to view this content. at the time; but since NOKCHEVY gave me valid excuses for the delay at the time I had to cancel the deal I made with eXo . and since I could not have him hold on to the Founder status Code I told JayMan-X that I would still get him ELiTE Premium, but since it's been a month and the ELiTE Premium goodies start releasing tomorrow, I felt the need to dispute NOKCHEVY because of his recent actions, lack of communication, and deliberate stalling of paying me.

To NOKCHEVY: If you're not going to send me the PSN Card, then send it to JayMan-X on PSN, he also has a NGU You must login or register to view this content.
This was my early gift to him for his birthday.

Update:
NOKCHEVY Responded on PSN, and gave me a $20 PSN Card just now, the remaining $30 he said he'll get to me by next weekend; I tested the code's vadility, it worked and I sent it to JayMan-X.

Dispute will remain open until the accused pays the remainder.

Has he paid the remaining $30 so this can be closed?

No he has not paid me yet, but i notified him recently, and he's aware of it; he told me he will pay me today.
