Proof: I have proof that he has charged back the payment and obviously if any admins have him on msn or something his email is the same one probably email proof..

I had no idea what was going on here at first but looking back at my paypal after seeing this, i've put in to dispute on the wrong transaction. I can only imagine I copied the wrong transaction ID when putting in for the claim. it's been cancelled now, apologies.

So when is my money going to be unheld?

I don't know, check your e-mail off paypal. I've got to dispute this other transaction.

Well i've cancelled the claim and it said an email has been sent to the seller. The claim is still requiring your action though.

What action am I going to put it says something about postal and stuff and I never posted you anything I gave you a scratch off code..

Just put anything. It's going to end up cancelled anyways I just think paypal have to get around to confirming it.
