Have you contacted the scammer?:- Yes: Skype, NGU, and now even cell phone (provided through Skype)
If yes, What did they say?:- He hasn't responded.

Other comments: I purchased the PS3 on 3/6/13. He said that he would ship it out first thing in the morning (3/7/13) and report back to me with a tracking number. He hasn't been online on Skype to respond, but he has been online on NGU since I sent the PM I sent him. He hasn't responded to me, and I'm just taking precautions.
UPDATE:[/b] He's viewed the thread, and been online twice now. He's ignoring the dispute and ignoring me.

I have contacted the scammer he has 24 hours to respond!

If I don't get a response from him on here by the time you've given him, I'm going to go ahead and file a Paypal Dispute.

It's been 24 hours, he has been online, and no response.
I am now filling out a Paypal Dispute as I don't want to loose $120...

Ok do that and let me know how that goes I will preceed with the actions on here tomorrow as it is 2am for me now and I have work in the morning!

Did you open a dispute on PayPal?
And I will get an admin or super to give him accused scammer, until we can talk to him

I've had a dispute opened since I posted that I did.
He hasn't replied to it. I'm making it a claim when it's available (3/13/13)

I've also gave him all the time that I'm willing to give. He's had since the morning of the 7th to say a word to me, but he has failed to do so. I haven't heard one word from him, he's failed to respond to the dispute -- being online, and refuses to respond to the Paypal Dispute.
