And latest/last I sent him another PM a few days ago -> You must login or register to view this content. & but he came online NGU on the 9th but did not read/open my PM :/ -> You must login or register to view this content.

When did this happen: ..Well it wasn't an exact moment thing/scam, but midday GMT+0 here 02-09-2013 i sent him $25 via PayPal to him his email/account, & was told that he'd "return the money within 24 hours." ...And but still as of today nothing :/

How did you purchase: PayPal

How much?: $25 for $30 in return

Did you;
- Buy?
- Sell?
- Trade?
~_O ermm i don't know out of these which 1 but... $25 for $30 buy?? If that falls under sell?? or & trade mixed category idk tbh but yeahh.. I'm sure the Mod you reading this get's it i hope

Have you contacted the scammer?:- Yes.
If yes, What did they say?:- It's all in the above PM's screenshot links I've provided (including in quotes my PMs sent to him), but basically ye, first he said that Monday the 11th the/his money would be deposited that day by his bank by noon & would send me the money. (but that did not happen)..And ugh ye rest it's all in the PMs

Other comments: My patience is running dry, I'm getting a lil tired of waiting, it's been almost now more than a month,Edit: actually no, more, +4weeks :/ *SIGH* maybe i should've been a lil less nice & just serious & not so understanding... Hmm lesson learnt i hope.... Anyway so yeah i just want my money back please. I know i said the just $25 is ok in a message, but no i take that back too late, the +5: $30 he stated i'd like & want. to be sent/paid to my Paypal

Also still now IDK why i'm saying this but i'm not saying he's a "scammer" per se (well i hope he's not)... this is just a warning/alert caution, so this gets done & hopefully wont forget this or think I've forgotten it somehow... Sorry but no offense .Robot but i can't wait forever, I'm not THAT patient...

I just got back home now and I saw this. I don't blame him for the dispute. It is completely my fault. If it were up to me, I would've of payed him back as soon as I could. I will provide screenshots of what paypal says when I try to send money.

I called paypal over 5 times and they kept on saying that when I provide proof of personal info, my account will be freed. I've sent/faxed proof to them and still nothing..

To Swifter; I don't want to come off as a scammer/bad person to you. It isn't in me to steal from someone. I was raised in a household where I know the difference from wrong and right. Will you accept an American Express card instead of PayPal? I wouldn't have a problem with that if thats what you choose. I will be calling PayPal tomorrow afternoon to fix this. I am very sorry for this.

Ohh i see (even though that pic attachment is a lil too small to see) ...*SIGH* but i understand. :|
Amex card, no thank you. & also don't offer your credit card silly lol.... oh wait or maybe you mean like an Amex gift card? Or Prepaid cards we call 'em here in England...
But IDK, i don't know, my only way of payment/money online is via PayPal, was also LR (Liberty Reserve) but the e-currency exchange rate is 8% if know someone good & trusted,, but ye there would be a loss there if LR so :/ *sigh* ...

Maybe somthing worth $30 i could sell?.. Edit: Or @Wondoh you could think of another possible solution/fix to this maybe??, But TBH really i kinda need the $30 in my PayPal, as i have to pay for an item on ebay on behalf of my mum & i'm a lil low on Paypal funds, +£15 somthing i think,, & ye been few days & can't pay for it still at the moment. So as you see my $25 +5 would be useful there.

It's 2:40 AM here atm, & ye can't think properly or what else to say rigt now.. & ye assistance please Wondoh on a suggestion... good night for now.

The only thing would be for him to buy you something online, implying he has a card to use.
Being in the US and UK makes that slightly harder though.

"PayPal won't ??? (that word got censored) ...Umm but so i'm guessing you called PayPal again yesterday/today & they didn't resolve it?

I'd really prefer the money in my Paypal account as i don't have a credit card or bank account at the moment & ye cash i use in IRL/AFK & just PayPal i use online only nowadays... Hmm but i honestly don't how/what to say, an item or virtual thing you can think of & know for sure to be exactly worth $30 (net/included fees) to sell i can here on NGU or on eBay?

Or just thought of another thing possibly could work maybe.. UKash or PSC/PaySafeCard $30 in GBP is £19.8789 (XE.com) at the moment, so £20 lets say worth of a Ukash or PSC code you could get/buy online maybe (from a reputable legit seller/site) with your card & then i can add that £20 voucher code to my skybet account & then hopefully withdraw it to my sister's PayPal account, if that would work that is. :/

I called them again and they said that they will be resolving the issue today. Can you maybe hold on for a few hours? Seeing as there is a time difference, there might be a problem. As soon as it gets resolved, I will send the money. I will be home all day today and tomorrow so I'll check every hour or so.
