What is the item that was bought/sold/traded? Hacked/Modded stats on 2 Black Ops 2 accounts

How much?: 400k Vbux for 2 accounts to be modded

Have you contacted the scammer?:- YES!!!

If yes, What did they say?:- The last time I contacted TheGynesis, he told me that he had succesfully modded my stats on both of my black ops 2 accounts.. Which is false!! He only successfully modded 1 of my accounts, and the other remained with the same original stats that I had.. I sent TheGynesis a message telling him that only 1 of my accounts were modded, and the other one was not on 3-7-13. He responded later that day and said that there was no possible way my account was not modded. This was the second time he tried to mod my account, and it did not stick!! Ever since then, he has not responded to none of my replies!!

Other comments: I am curious to see what he has to say about this.. He has been ignoring me for a week now. Its people like this who should be kicked off of NGU for good.. He is attempting to scam me.. All I want is for this fool to refund me my vbux, and to have the convicted scammer user title. Because he is about to be busted for scamming me, then the mod will tell him that he has to refund me, which makes him guilty right?? Oh yea, I will not accept his service, I want my vbux for the 1 account that he did not mod the stats for.. Which is 200k vbux

I have done this multiple times, i have also tried it 3 different times.

Well, if you can't get it to stick like you say, you still need to refund him 200k vBux.
