Other comments: He traded me an account with Battlefield 3 on it to keep, time stamp on last message is 08-12-2012 09:00 AM. I bought EndGame today and tried to play BF3 but it said the account was deactivated. I thought that was weird so I went to sign and the passwords changed. Then I tried to do the recovery which means you need the date of birth and email address to send a email to reset your password. When I put in the email and date of birth (a new email I had made, dunno how he got it) with the dob he had given me awhile ago it said wrong info. Luckily I write down the original email he had on it before giving it to me and it worked. Only, it says send a recovery email to his email so theres no point he'll just know I'm trying to get it back. Cmon really, I gave you 10 legit plats ffs and you steal it back after I buy heaps of new downloads? Thats sad man. I can show more proof but they have all of the emails and passwords.

Hey man, the reason the plats are so dirt cheap are I dropped the prices. My PS3 is on the verge on YLOD and I'm trying to save for a new one before it dies but yeah man, I can get nearly all of these done today if I can have the account info and date of birth. I was not the original creator of this account and it's an account I bought a long time ago from a guy at my school like I told you. I did not recover it or anything else. I have nothing to do with your problem. If you have changed the email,the password and everything else like I told you,then the only person able to recover it is you or the creator of the account (which I'm not). I remember perfectly that when we made the deal,a long time ago, I gave you the date of birth,you test it and it worked. I don't understand how you tried to recover it back with the dop question when its not even a possibility?... I can help you recover it by sending you the informations I remember and I can give you my PS3 serial number if you want, it might help you. I have nothing else to say, just by curiosity when did you loose access to this account? I'm definitly not going to get charged for something I didn't do. I'm going to make this easy,I'm not going to pay anything or refund you since I did not have any contact with this account. And how the informations can be wrong when you say that you sent a reset password to the original email? I don't get it.

You never told me that you bought the account from someone else, or it could be stolen someday. And then why does the original email work which is the one you gave to me. I have the old password for that email address but the password doesn't work. What do you mean theres no dob question? I ment when you click forgot password on PSN sign-in and it says please enter email and date of birth. I know the date of birth is right, but the emails been changed to your old one ([email protected]) so when I put in the date of birth and that email, it says do I want to send the recovery email (no point).

Ok, when I got the account,I did not get the original email. I kept it on the account and all I changed was the password. When I had to changed the email,all I had to do was to call the previous owner and he was able to access the account (which you know it true because I told you that it'll take me some time to desactivate the account and all that stuff...) Joki is a clan my friend,there's a plenty of Joki's online,its a clan. My name is Joe,yes but doesn't mean I'm joki4251. Like I told you,I'm not the original creator of the account and its impossible to me to recover it in anyway. I have nothing else to say,I did not recover it back and now I'm out of school,I have no contact with the guy anymore,it has been ages ago. You know that you take a risk when you buy an account because even if you have all the informations,the real owner can easily recover it back with the serial number...which I'm not. You sold something which was not originally yours.
Did you make this clear that it had a previous owner?

If not then people probably wouldn't have bought it with the thought it could be recovered at any point.

So you should be able to tell us the psn's of other members from this clan right? to prive it was actually a clan and not your own account?

Yes,I mention him that I was not the original owner of the account and that all I used to do on this account is buy psn content. At the beginning all he wanted is BF3 which I gave him then later on,I told him he can keep the account because I have no use for it anymore. Yes its a clan member, there's xJoki,iJoki,J0K1--___-1,W0WWWW0WWW, RiFlx and more... I don't understant when you say the email is similar to my own account? Do you mean that there's ''joki'' in the email and ''joki'' in my psn id? Like I said,I don't want to waste more time trying to solve this,I have nothing to do with the fact that the original owner recover it back. You did not anwear why I still have that ''scammer'' title when others don't?...

The scammer title is there as you are an accused scammer.

Please show me this evidence of you saying the account was not yours.

I'm not the original creator of the account,tell me which evidence you want me to provide you and i'll do it,no problem.

As I said, show evidence that you told him it wasn't yours.
