What is the item that was bought/sold/traded? I gave him $20 for a year of ps+

When did this happen: 6/12/13
How did you purchase: I bought him a $20 subscription to a website
How much?: $20
Did you; - Buy? - Sell? - Trade? Buy
Have you contacted the scammer?:- yes
If yes, What did they say?: No reply
- Other comments: He originally gave me a code but it did not work. He told me that he would call the place where he got it and ask for a new one. He also said he would give me an update that next day (6/13/12). I have not heard from him since.

I would only have his responses to my messages. I only recently had my messages saved.

Proof that messages happened on NGU along with the deal.
You can post about him being a scammer in the new community alerts section if this was done over skype or something else.
Once I have the messages I take action against the account as I wish not to let this drag on any longer.

Good enough for me giving him an infraction going to also get his auctions rights removed.
And he gets a scammer user bar on top.

He has not signed in on the other website. If he signs on can this be reopened? And if so, is there a way to flag his account to where if he gets on, you are notified?

No system in place for that to happen.
I reopen this if he comes back on and is willing to refund you. Won't overturn his infraction for scamming or give him rights back to auctions again.
Unless he can prove this is a big misunderstanding.
