NextGenUpdate

(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); This is the service I purchased from him through Skype that was from NGU and he thought I wouldn't go forward with it.
I paid him 2$ Paypal and he hasn't verified one PayPal for me and stole off with it and thought nothing would happen:

Last photo tells me that he's blocked me and he's going to get 2$ for free so I want my refund overall and don't want his awful service as he thinks he can 'scam' and get away with it.
