What is the item that was bought/sold/traded? PSN Card for Paypal

How did you purchase: Traded 10$ psn card for 7$ paypal

How much?: i was supposed to get 7$ paypal

If yes, What did they say?:- They will attempt to do services to get my money, that was over a week ago with no word.

Other comments: Unfortunately its been a week with no word from him,
i messaged him last night, he got on today and i received no response from him on the progress he has made.
I told him i would give him a week, now i feel like further action is needed.

also just realized how small the picture is, i am trying to get a bigger one. however this was all done in PM's so if needed i beleive that they can be checked by staff

1- Pay him $7 PayPal
2- Refund his $10 PSN card
3- Get banned

oklahomo hasn't been active since 1/12/2014, I will look if he created a new account.
The dispute isn't going anywhere, so I will close it for now.

Edit: after analyzing his case, I found a few old multis he has in the past (previous scammer), so he has been banned.
