He then told me his paypal. He first asked to be sent as friends as family. I started to think it was a scam,
so then or I'll pay the fees. I was fine with that.
Everything looked legit, he told me to hold the money.

Didn't scam you. Make your own dispute instead of commenting in this. You never sent your info when I asked. Send info over Skype and I will kd as soon as possible.

He paid (offsite) for ghost recovery and never sent information to mod the account it has been 2days. I've asked repeatedly to send information. I have so many contacts I cannot find him to do recovery. I forgot his username on Skype. I fixed dispute for Elgato just didn't give the man tracking. He now has the tracking.

Super Spikes has given me a tracking information. He told me he just shipped last Friday. When he told me he shipped 1 month ago.
I'd like to close the dispute for 1-2 weeks, until I got it. Unless that's not allowed, I'd like your opinion.
