I doubt that you will be able to find anything lower than 3.60 at a retail store.....your best bet would be to find someone who is selling one either from this site, craigslist, ebay, etc.

i bought one at gamestop that was 3.55, but than again maybe i just got lucky. sorry if this doesnt really help

On black friday they was on 2.95 so im pretty sure there at least 3.55 probably not higher

Not sure ask around on craigslist possibly thats were i just recently got mine but if you do go to an extent to make sure your not getting ripped off over the ps3

I think if you get a PS3 Manufactured after 2010 Is going to be Above Fw3.55 it has to be Manufactured Before that. And all Gray Slims are Above 3.55 just a Heads Up.
