Post: Do you also get 2XP for challenges?

(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); This might be a dumb question but I've never paid it any attention. While you have 2XP active does it count towards your challenges completed or just regular XP earned from kills and such? The reason I ask is wouldn't it be wise to level all your guns to right below the max level then activate your 2XP and max level all your guns for some serious XP? Any good help will be thanked appropriately.
