I Don't think u need to reach lvl 50 because he said he tested it on a dummy account

Nope you don't just ressign the save and you will be level 50 and it will work without any problems If it doesn't work or you need help PM me

hi i resigned the save and it was at main menu and it said 100% for special ops. but when i go on it it says level 1? help! :O

Did you copy over the profile save and the actual spec ops save file? it should have two to swap instead of the one.
