you say you have a save file at the bosses?
if by any chance you have the Giga Sword on the Spelunker file, I could probably get you that trophy, I've beaten Fuelle/Onyx without taking damage before with the Giga Sword on From Mode, so it wouldn't be too different with one hit death, as long as i have the sword.
