iv seen this done a few times but couldn't find the coding for it

How to use or how do you create one?
If you want to use a CFG menu without being host, just use the COD5 savegame editor.
-Find a CFG menu
-Open your save with the save editor
-Paste the code of the CFG to execute it in MP
-Put the CFG file in the root of your USB storage ( must be FAT32 )
-Insert your USB in the right USB port of your PS3 .
Done, load up COD5 and play.

e.g. iv been useing electric-mods- stealth non host cfg menu for a couple of days now because of the non host abilties, im no stranger to cfg menu making, the only thing i have been stumped at for awhile and im not gonna leach either

Well a stealth menu should be seen without being the host. I havent personally used his stealth menu but it should be able to he seem as long as it's correctly made into a stealth menu. For my new cfg that I've been working on (akd v4 stealth) instead of the usual "say ^7Host Menu" or something like that, I'm using " "\"+^7Host Menu\" ". And mine can be seen while non-host.

The con_miniconlines is what you edit. The value could be anywhere from 0-32
