As far as I know, there are none, there hasn't been an actual USB mod menu for a COD game since WaW, and most people promoting one are liers. But if you see anything please post it here!!!

Depends if you're on a PS3 or Xbox 360. If you're on a PS3, the best USB mod menu would be Kryptonite v4 cfg menu in my opinion for zombies. For Multiplayer, CreZino v2 is definitely the best. I don't use cfg's anymore though.
