self SetClientDvar("ui_mapname", "mp_castle;bind button_back exec mp/unlock_init.cfg");
Just infect it, go to splitscreen, start game and press select. It unlocks everything, completes all challenges, and gives rank 65. Since it's a mapname infection it can be passed on forever.
Tested and confirmed working by me

Would This Work for bypassed CoD4, Etc? Example Bind DPAD_UP "ui_mapname;mp_castle;bind button_back;exec mp/unlocks_init.cfg"

No, the CFG doesn't exist anywhere in the cod4 disc files

Really any of the CFG files in the common_mp.ff will work. I have no idea why treyarch left those in there :confused:
Here's a few other ones that look interesting, I haven't tried them yet:
devgui_aimassist.cfg
devgui_modelpreviewer.cfg //This one has some really neat dvars in it, I'd check it out
mp/stats_init.cfg //Derank, includes prestige
