besides, i don't think there are better zombie patches than alpatch's
i mean, mine were decent, but i never had a menu...

Is there a zombie mod menu that can give a infectable mod menu? I know alpatch's phenox v5 has infectable binds but I want one that can give infectable menu. I know there's a patch for xbox called motion flex, that one you can get for xbox but i cant find a download for ps3. Oh yeah and karuloos what infectable mod menu is in you cod4 patch is it just juddy loves pizza's infectable?

I know your post has been a while ,but i felt like playing COD 5 ,cause i activated all call of duty Zombie maps with ReactPan 2.0. I also been decrypting retail update eboots / modding Black ops Zombies all maps up to call of the dead & gave a few trusted friends my decrypted retail 109 EBOOT.ELF ,so maxX88320 released his also ,for Black ops . Anyways ,i was looking for the same thing you were a long a$$ time ago COD 5 ,but more for a stable "Shi no numa" patch .If i remember correct i used this one & it was the best shi no numa ever do to it not lagging + this was alpatch649 patch/ edited by this m8. I think it might have lagged only in 1 place. If outside of the map. I think i choose the red menu ->

@Karoolus Mod menu or not your mods were the most stable .I just packed them into a package for easy installing & i included @XxDevil_MoDz-xX edited version of your mp_patch.ff
