None of the force host are the same. They all do the same. They dont make you host just put you in a empty lobby.
If you connection is poor the it will migrate host to the person with the best connection in the lobby...

You're right they are all the same but they potentially 'make you host' by setting dvars so,
Host migration can't occur so you can get host easily.
Sets a dvar so you can't connect to other hosts but they can connect to you.
Sets a connection timeout time very high so you have pretty much alot of time for people to connect to you.

Yes 99% you get host but usually it still migrates host. It does for me alot!

It depends on what Force Host script you're using most of them don't set the sv, ui, party hostnames as self.name .
