Yes as long you are have the modded patch_mp.ff in the current W@W patch, you just need to be host in an online game. Yes, exactly like mw2.

1)Open your FTP or FileManager.
2)Go to Dev_hdd0>Game>Bl*******(your game cover>USRDIR>Replace the Patch_mp.ff with another patch
3)for zombies replace the patch.ff with a modded patch.ff
