Today i wanted to play on W@W, and I saw my prestige 10th, lvl 65 with my name next to it when i went tomultiplayer, just for one second.
After that, a message appeared, telling me something like corrupted data, and I was taken back to Prestige 0, lvl 15. I tried to do a lobby, to get my 10th again, but it tells me the same message, and I go back again and again at Prestige 0 lvl 15.
So, I'd like to know if it's possible to solve this problem, or if someone could tell me how to reset my account, to stop having this message...

fist thing first this is in the wrong section
second to get rid of that message you will need to play the game longer that what you are currently playing it , so that the servers can update and change your rank on the leaderboards
because you are going from such a low level play a few games so that it can read and add the stats to the level

Ok, so I do my lobby P 10th lv 65, then i go online and play many games as i can, right ?

try making your lobby a ranked match and give your self the xp infection spawn and kill bots when you hit 65 back out prestige all the way to 10th 65 and then you will be good to go

I don't really understand what you mean, also I'm not doing lobbies myself, it's a friend who accepted to do it for me...
Do you think you could try to do what you explained on my account ?

down load this patch You must login or register to view this content. and start a game spawn in bots and go in the infection menu click on xp infection then kill the bots you spawned then when you reach 65 back out of your game and prestige and keep doing that until you hit 10th prestige

you can derank your level

Just do what forflah told you with the first reply. It would also be safer if you ranked up while in a public lobby rather than private. ie a ranked match
