Hey Guys, For all those people that don't want to have the cfg menu and would just like bind instead well here it is.
The problem i had is when i went into a online game and i wasn't host i couldn't see the whole menu and i didn't know what was what, but because this isn't a menu you will have no trouble getting to the binds you need

Dpad up: Noclip
Dpad Left: Give all
Dpad Down: God ; Fov 90
