Was wondering if there were any trophy saves that will unlock it. I don't have a jailbroken PS3, sadly and the trophy lobbies don't seem to be up and running.

You could always add godmode to your save and get the trophy that way. It doesn't require a jailbroken PS3, just use Correy's W@W save editor.

I have a premium 100% savegame. Not sure if you get the trophy's, I mean because of it being an old game and all. I've only gotten trophy's from skyrim from other person's savegame but if you can do it with cod5 i'll upload my save, it's NSTC so it only works with North American versions of the game. If you change the region code you won't get trophy's from it but missions unlocked, level, etc... yes.
