Go into your WINRar settings and enable it for unzipping .7zip files.

trying to open file and it does it gives me choices to chose exaple google, internet explorer, note pad and others to open its file

Download this You must login or register to view this content.
it will let you extract the files from within the compressed file. Once you install it, double click the file.

ok i have everything install and did every step correctly but nothing, i think it has to do with the code. can i type the code or what do i gotta do to put the code in correct
